Dr. Tongrak Lee is the first senior plastic reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon among the six qualified and registrated persons in Chiangmai City of Northern Thailand. His traning of basic medical teacher in Siriraj and Chulalongkorn Hospital Medical Universities Bangkok before moving to train general surgery in Chiangmai Hospital Medical Faculty where he finished Residency and Chief Residency Training before leaving to be a junior and senior staff of the American Presbyterian McCormick Hospital in Chiangmai where he progressed his professional carrier of General Surgery and Plastic Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery by further Qualifications of the International College of Surgeon in Chicago Illinois, USA and the Thai Royal College of Surgeon in Bangkok Thailand finally.

Dr. Tongrak Lee was born in Chiangmai where his good fundamentary schools were Dara Academy and the Prince Royal’s College of the American Presbyterian Original. He won the first of Chiangmai at the 12th class examination. He derived LEE from his grandfather who migrated from Southern China to get married and run his business in Chaingmai. So his blood is mixed of Chinese and Thai and Lao. His daily languages are Thai, Lao and English.

His practical skill of Plastic Cosmetic Surgery started since he was a boy in the country village where he was taught to be a good humanitarian with good skills of drawing, carving, toy making, molding, agriculture, Buddhism and Christianity, Thai poetry. He loves music and singing. The song he loves most is the American National Anthem. Now he has all of the three of main objects of a good surgeon to meet you ie 1. Eagle Eyes 2.Woman Hands and 3.Lions’ Heart..

SUBJECT: Patient’s report concerning plastic surgery of loose neck skin by Dr. Lee

At Beautiful Plastic Surgery Clinic in Chiang Mai

I am Dr. John French, a retired doctor of Public Health, living in Chiang Mai. Two years ago, I had plastic surgery performed by Dr. Lee. I was 65 years old and had a loose skin fold around the voice box (larynx). The excess skin of skin-fold is cut away in a pattern called a “Christmas Tree”. This allows healing without noticeable suture lines.

These are the reason of social civilization to our world to rid the neck old appearance.
